A look at the general partners
Boris Vukovich, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Acquisitions, has been with CREICO nearly a quarter of a century. As a licensed real estate broker and a broker dealer with the National Association of Securities Dealers, he is the natural leader of CREICO's acquisition and divestiture efforts.
As a General Partner, he has syndicated more than 30 manufactured home communities, office buildings, self-storage properties and undeveloped land. His prior experience in residential and commercial construction is a considerable asset to the senior management team.
Mirko B. Vukovich, President and Chief Operations Officer, has been with CREICO since 1980. He is primarily responsible for the property management functions of the company, plus the key operational areas of human resources, information technology, accounting and administration. After earning his B.S. degree in business administration and accounting, he became a licensed real estate broker and licensed NASD securities sales manager.
Along with his brother, he uses his prior construction industry experience and expertise from 30 real estate partnerships to steer the company to success. When not playing soccer with Boris, he enjoys photography and travel.
Both Boris and Mirko have four children, and their families are very active in their church in Littleton.
